All lists contain a checkbox on the left side and an action box at the bottom of the page. With the checkboxes you can select multiple assets and complete an action for all of them.

Please change this password after you login, under "Administration / My user account".

3. How can I find an asset?

3.1. Current offers

3.1.1. Search in "Current offers“

In the navigation section "Purchase", you can click on "Current offers" to view the assets up for sale.
- You can use the search function, to find a specific brand, model, etc.
- You can also sort the list.

There are different color codes which describe the condition of the asset:
- 1 Dark-green: no damage
- 2 Light-green: good condition
- 3 Yellow: minor damages
- 4 Orange: bad condition

3.2. Advanced search

In "Advanced search", you will be able to limit your search to a particular criteria. For instance, you can look for vehicles with a defined kilometre reading or, registration date.

3.3. Saved searches

If you are often looking for assets with the same criteria, you can save those criteria under "Saved seaches".
You can create and save a search parameters in "Advanced Search". In the field "save search under the following name" give a title to your criteria and click on "search". You will then receive an e-mail each time an asset with such criteria is online for sale.

4. How can I purchase an asset?

To view the offers, click on "Current offers" within the navigation section "Purchase". In the list you will see the assets which are for sale.
Click on the name or the image of the asset to view its description, features, condition, pictures and sale conditions.
There are different sale types: Auction and Open Offer.

4.1. Auction with automatic bid-agent

You place your maximum bid. This is the maximum price you are willing to pay for this asset. Nobody can see your maximum bid, neither the other bidders, nor the seller. Your maximum bid will automatically be compared to the other bids.
The purchasing price is calculated by adding 1 bid step to the second best bid. You will only have to pay your maximum bid, if another bidder bids the same amount at a later time.
As soon as you have placed a bid above the start price, and you are the best bidder at the end of the auction, you are obligated to purchase the asset.
If another bidder overbids you, you will be informed via email. To be in with a chance to purchase the asset you must place a higher bid.

Example:
The starting price of the asset is £ 5,000. The bid step is £ 100.
A bidder (A) places a maximum bid of £ 6,000. The seller will not see the bid amount. The current price remains £ 5,000.
If a bidder (B) places a maximum bid of £ 7,000, the current price will rise to £ 6,100 (the second best bid £ 6,000 + 1 bid step £ 100).
Bidder A will receive an email notification that they are no longer the highest bidder and that the current price is £ 6,100. The seller will still not see the new maximum bid of £ 7,000.
If bidder B remains the best bidder until the end of the auction, they will be obliged to purchase the asset for £ 6,100.

4.3. Open Offer

You place your bid.
Only the seller will see your bid. The other users have no information about other bidders, or how high their bids are.
The seller has the option to accept or decline your bid at any time. You will be informed about his decision by email.

Example:
The seller offers an asset for £ 8,500.
Bidder A places a bid of £ 8,810 for this asset.
Bidder B places a bid of £ 8,800 for the same asset.
The seller can decide which bid they want to accept/decline.

4.4. Bid step

The defined bid step must be respected.
If an asset has a starting price of £ 5,000.- and a bid step of £ 100,- the next possible bid is £ 5,100.-. A bid of £ 5,090.- or £ 5,105.- is not possible.

5. Other tips
